Polycopies saves your account details, class presets, worksheets, and translated files.

Worksheets are sent to OpenAI for translation, or to OpenRouter and its model provider if you connect your own key. Cloudflare handles web traffic. When you choose a Google Doc, Polycopies can export that document but cannot browse the rest of your Drive.

By default, worksheets, translated files, and processing logs are deleted 30 days after a translation finishes. You can delete them sooner from the results page. Error records are kept for 30 days and traffic records for 90 days. Account and usage records are stored separately.

Basic traffic and error records help me keep the app working. They include pages visited, where visits came from, country, browser and device type, load times, app version, and errors. IP addresses and full browser identifiers are replaced with a one-way identifier before storage.

There are no ads, and I don't sell your information or train models on your worksheets.
